“Budatours Travel Agency was founded in 1989 by George Hertzka. A few years ago his son Andras Hertzka became the managing director of the company. The agency has been operating as a Destination Management Company since its inception. We are working and specializing on the organisation of incentive and thematic trips to groups, conferences, business stays and sports events as well as individual trips with more than 25 years of professional experience. Our partners are mainly major French companies, however recently we have witnessed an increase of interest in our services from Belgian, Swiss, American and English companies. Organizing thematic trips is also one of the most important sectors of the company. Apart from incentive groups and seminaries we gained a lot of experience in organizing congresses with various number of participants (from 150 to up to thousand participants), either on focusing on one part of the project or being the only project manager. We have constantly diversified the spectrum of our services and offered a complete range of services to our partners. We always pay special attention to choose our local suppliers according to the wishes of our clients in order to guarantee the success of the event and the satisfaction of the customer and the participantss. Our company has a long tradition in organizing sporting events: the agency contributed to the successful arrangement of many major national and international events. We hosted a number of World Cups and European Championships in various sports like the Olympic Games of Research Institutes (the “Atomiade”), European sporting events such as the World Medical and Health Games, the Football World Cup for Lawyers („Mundiavocat”), the World Corporate Games, Water Polo World League or Champions’ League games, Unicum Cup, Len Cup, the organisation of UEFA and FIFA Congresses. We hosted international Football Associations (UEFA, FIFA), National Football Teams and Football Clubs (Ajax, Real Madrid etc.), as well as their supporters. However, our agency aims to satisfy you to a further extent: to carry out your ideas to perfection , by adding our keen imagination and knowledge to it in local colours in order to make the stay of our clients memorable.
